As Arizona ’s leader in home inspection services we often receive requests and are asked if we do residential watch of clients’ property while away. Since we do many of the inspections we decided that we would start to handle these for our clients.

Whether you are away on extended travel or you are a seasonal resident, we'll be happy to inspect your home on a weekly basis to help protect your investment and provide you with peace of mind.

As many of you already know, we are an insured and bonded company offering a variety of home watch services from regular home inspections to meeting contractors you have scheduled while you are away.

We have looked at what others charge for this service and it is around $75-100 a month which we feel is a little excessive.

At a reasonable $50 per month or $15 a week!

Or as needed by the clients, you will find our prices to be reasonable, our service exceptional, and most important, your peace of mind.

This Includes

• Checklist sent out weekly
• Weekly picture of home sent via email
• Flushing of toilets
• Running water through plumbing
• Check landscape and ensure no leaks are noted
• Check for evidence of unwanted pests (If you have a pest service have them recheck)
• Make sure home is secure
• See if any repairs due to storm or flooding are in need of address
• Anything else that needs to be done
